摘  要:目的探讨建立医院感染风险评估机制预防控制医院感染。方法选择2017年12月—2019年11月该院发生医院感染的患者120例设为观察组,另选择同期医院内的未发生医院感染的患者120例,设为对照组。建立医院感染风险评估,针对患者医院感染的危险因素进行统计分析,比较两组患者的基本资料、多元Logistic回归模型结果分析。结果观察组的手术时间、呼吸机使用时间、住院时间均长于对照组(P<0.05),年龄小于对照组(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归模型结果表明:住院时间>15 d、使用三联抗菌药物、使用呼吸机、留置导尿管、全身麻醉、合并糖尿病、激素治疗、化疗、手术时间>3 h和侵入性操作是导致医院感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论通过建医院感染风险评估表,能够对医院感染进行分类预防,增加医务人员掌握医院感染风险的动态,实施针对性护理,减少医院感染的发生,同时增强医护人员对医院感染的防范意识,提高医疗安全性。Objective To explore the establishment of nosocomial infection risk assessment mechanism to prevent and control nosocomial infection.Methods 120 patients with nosocomial infections in the hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 120 patients without nosocomial infections in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Establish a hospital infection risk assessment,statistically analyze the risk factors of patients with nosocomial infection,compare the basic data of the two groups of patients,and analyze the results of a multiple Logistic regression model.Results The operation time,ventilator use time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were longer than the control group(P<0.05),and the age was less than the control group(P<0.05);the results of the multivariate Logistic regression model showed that hospitalization time longer than 15 days,the use of triple antibacterial drugs,the use of ventilator,indwelling catheter,general anesthesia,combined diabetes,hormone therapy,chemotherapy,operation time>3 h and invasive operation difference were risk factors for hospital infection(P<0.05).Conclusion By establishing a hospital infection risk assessment form,it is possible to classify and prevent nosocomial infections,increase medical staff to grasp the dynamics of nosocomial infection risk,implement targeted care,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,and at the same time enhance the awareness of the hospital staff against the hospital infection,to improve medical safety.
