摘  要:随着分布式电源(DG)在电力系统中的大量应用,电力系统继电保护的拒动、误动及保护配合失败问题成为影响电网稳定运行的重要问题。首先分析了DG对传统保护的影响机理,提出一种基于微处理器的新型电流-电压-时间继电保护特性的方向过流继电器,可用于减少继电保护动作时间,恢复被DG破坏的保护之间的配合。利用超导器件遏制短路电流的特性解决误动问题,提出以超导器件与所提新型继电器相配合的含DG的配电网继电保护方案,并以IEEE-14节点系统为例,验证了所提方案的有效性。With the application of distributed generation(DG)in power system,rejection,misoperation and cooperation failure of relay protection in power system have become important problems affecting the stable operation of power grid.Firstly,the influence mechanism of DG on traditional protection is analyzed.Then,a new type of directional overcurrent relay is proposed based on the characteristics of the new type of current-voltage-time relay protection.The relay can be used to reduce the relay protection action time and to restore the cooperation between the protections which is damaged by the DG.By taking advantage of the superconducting devices which can limit the short-circuit current,a relay protection scheme of active power distribution network is proposed based on the combination of the superconducting and the new relay device.Finally,the example of IEEE-14 node system is utilized to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
