摘  要:为实现智能电网低压台区运行状态综合分析与评价,提出了一种基于环比评分法和模糊综合评价的低压台区运行状态评估方法。首先,根据低压台区运行状态和评估需求,从采集数据质量、线路损耗、营业管理及用户用电行为4个维度建立运行状态指标体系,并应用环比评分法根据专家意见确定权重;接着选取岭形分布隶属度函数来描述各指标对应于各状态空间的模糊关系;然后对构造的评价模型进行分析计算并得出结论。最后将该评价指标体系及评价方法应用于低压台区算例,得出被评价台区运行状态的优劣排序,并给出改进建议。In order to realize the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the operation status of the low-voltage station area of smart grid,operation status evaluation method is proposed based on the ring ratio scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Firstly,the operating state index system is established from the four dimensions of data quality,line loss,business management and user electricity usage behavior according to the operating state and evaluation requirements of the low-voltage station area.The weight is determined according to the expert opinion by the ring ratio scoring method,the ridge-shaped distribution membership function is used to describe the fuzzy relationship of each index corresponding to each state space.Then the evaluation model of overall structure is analyzed and calculated.Finally,the evaluation index system and evaluation method are applied to the low-voltage station area calculation example,and the ranking of the operation status of the evaluated station area is obtained,and suggestions for improvement are proposed.
