摘　　要：本文介绍了在工业4.0大环境浪潮下,设计智能化的造纸生产线,需要分步实施。首先要做好基础自动化设计,配置好现场智能仪表系统——传感器和执行装置、配置好智能MCC、配置好必要的DCS、MCS、QCS、WIS、DRIVE、MES、ERP等各种控制管理系统,再采用集成的方式或通信的方式,使系统间数据与信息高度融合,打好数字化、信息化基础。在5G通信技术落地的良好环境下,再利用私有云和公有云,将信息传到云端服务器,借助于大数据提取技术、云计算技术、物联网技术,利用云服务器平台,对生产线的生产需求、设备故障诊断和维护等,得到专家支持和帮助,真正让现场数据成为企业的优质资本,打造成一条高效、节能的智能化造纸生产线。The paper suggested that the design of intelligent paper production line under the industry 4.0 environment,should be implemented step by step.Firstly it is necessary to perfec the basic automation design,well install the field intelligent instrument system — sensors and control devices,intelligent MCC,and the necessary DCS,MCS,QCS,WIS,DRIVE,MES,ERP and so on.Then the way of integration or communication is adopted to make the data and information highly integrated,a solid foundation for digitization and informatization is laid.Under the favorable environment of 5 G communication technology,the information will be transmitted to the cloud server through the use of private and public clouds.With the help of big data extraction technology,cloud computing technology,Internet of things technology and using cloud server,the demand of production line,equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance can obtain supports from experts,making the field data become the high quality capital for the enterprise truly,to build an efficient,energy-saving intelligent paper production line.
