摘　　要：目的:了解海南省援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎医务人员的心理健康现状,并有针对性的制定干预措施。方法:对2020年3月17日返琼的援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎第二、第三及第五批医务人员共243人进行心理评估,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心理健康自评问卷(简称SRQ-20)、创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PCL-C)进行问卷调查。结果:共完成了221人的心理评估,调査提示返琼医务人员中有焦虑症状者占9.05%,有抑郁症状者占16.29%,心理健康自评异常者占13.12%,有创伤后应激障碍症状者占9.05%;其中,抑郁自评量表得分在性别、年龄、医务人员类别和学历水平上存在差异(U=-3.442,P=0.001;χ^2=15.733,P=0.001;χ^2=12.826,P=0.005;χ^2=24.677,P=0.000);抑郁自评量表得分与性别、年龄、医务人员类别和学历水平存在相关(rs=-0.232,P<0.01;rs=0.222,P<0.01;rs=-0.173,P<0.01;rs=0.216,P<0.01);回归分析后排除了相关性(P<0.05)。结论:海南省援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎医务人员的心理健康状况异于常人,并且不受性别、年龄、医务人员类别和学历水平的影响,应予以足够的重视并采取早期干预措施。Objective To analyze the mental health status of medical stuff from Hainan who aided Hubei province to fight against COVID-19.Methods The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20 and PTSD Cheeklist-Civilian Version were applied to evaluate the mental health status of 243 medical stuff who aided Hubei Province to fight against COVID-19.Results A total of 221 persons have completed the psychological assessment.The survey showed that 9.05%of the medical staff had different degrees anxiety,16.29%had different degrees depression,13.12%were abnormal in Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20,and 9.05%were abnormal in PTSD Cheeklist-Civilian Version.There were significant difference in scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale among them in different gender,age,type of profession and educational level,but the regression analysis didn’t find any correlation.Conclusions The mental health status of Hainan medical stuff who aided Hubei province to fight against COVID-19 were abnormal,and the psychological problems need to be resolved.
