摘　　要：针对鹤壁煤电九矿选煤厂煤泥含量过高,造成分级旋流器底流夹带高灰细泥以及溢流跑粗影响精煤数质量问题,通过市场调研及结合选煤厂车间布置,决定采用三锥角水介质旋流器替换原有分级旋流器进行粗煤泥分选;生产结果表明,在提高精煤产品质量合格率情况下,综合精煤的产率增加3.15%,企业经济效益每年可提高180.31万元。Specific to the higher content of fine coal contained in the underset of classifying cyclone,and quality problem of clean coal influenced by the thick overflow due to the excess content of coal slime in Jiukuang Coal Preparation Plant,Hebi Coal Power Co.,Ltd.,the tricone water-only cyclone is intended to replace the original classifying cyclone for the separation of coarse slime through the market survey and in combination with plant layout of coal preparation plant;Production achievements show that the comprehensive productivity of clean coal can increase 3.15%,and the economic benefits of enterprise can increase 1.8031 million yuan annually by improving the quality qualification rate of clean coal products.
