摘　　要：在配电网继电保护工作中,投入一个新设备或对旧设备进行整改都需要对此设备重新计算定值,每计算一次定值就需要出一份对应的定值单,定值单在配电网中的重要性不言而喻,同时配电网的设备保护厂家众多,这也就造成了不同厂家有多个型号、多个版本的定值单,这对于配电网整定人员来说无疑是一个令人头痛的问题,模板众多,难以管理,并且加大了整定人员的工作量。因此,这里提出了一种配电网继电保护定制单模板管理系统,通过对配电网定值单的统一、分类以及管理,整定人员在系统上对定值单模板进行使用,同时也在系统上分类各个厂家的定值单模板,这样使得配电网定值单模板更加规范,在减轻整定人员工作量的同时,还减少了保护定值整定过程中的风险。In the relay protection work of distribution network,it is necessary to recalculate the setting value of the equipment when putting in a new equipment or rectifying the old equipment.Each time the setting value is calculated,a corresponding setting value sheet is required.The importance of the setting value sheet in the distribution network is self-evident.At the same time,there are many equipment protection manufacturers in the distribution network,which results in different manufacturers having multiple models and versions This is undoubtedly a headache for the distribution network setting personnel.There are many templates,which are difficult to manage,and increase the workload of the setting personnel.Therefore,this paper proposes a customized single template management system for distribution network relay protection.Through the unification,classification and management of the setting list of distribution network,the setting personnel can use the setting sheet template in the system,and also classify the setting sheet template of various manufacturers on the system.This makes the setting sheet template of distribution network more standardized,and reduces the workload of setting personnel It also reduces the risk in the setting process of protection setting value.
