摘 要:随着新一轮电力体系改革的推进,中长期区域贸易市场逐步完善,深化电力改革可以通过建设现货市场实现突破。通过对现货市场节点边际价格的研究,在节能改革政策基础上,分析了最优能量流节点电价的边际价格计算方法;根据电路拥堵对节点边际电价的区域影响特征,结合空间分布,发电公司价格和节点边际电价,提出了电力市场分区策略;在建模基础上进行测试,所提出的策略可以最好地对现货市场进行分区,它可以清楚地反映电力市场价格的信号,并为发电公司和电力用户提供投资方向,促进电力现货市场的稳定发展。As China’s power system accelerates the advancement of a new round of reforms,the medium and long-term regional trade market is gradually improved,and the deepening of power reform can be broken through the construction of the spot market.Through the research on the spot market node marginal price,based on the energy-saving reform policy,the calculation method of the marginal price of the optimal energy flow node electricity price is analyzed.According to the regional influence characteristics of circuit congestion on the node's marginal electricity price,combined with the spatial distribution,the price of power generation companies and the node's marginal electricity price,a power market zoning strategy is proposed.After testing on the basis of modeling,the proposed strategy can be best applied to partition the spot market.It can clearly reflect the signal of the electricity market price and provide investment directions for power generation companies and electricity users.Promote the stable development of the power spot market.
