摘  要:在我国,生活垃圾产量巨大,而垃圾焚烧发电的数量也逐渐增多。在垃圾焚烧发电过程中,采用再热方案能够提高发电效率。但是再热方案对于余热锅炉再热器的布置有着较高的要求。为了能够更好地推进再热方案在垃圾焚烧发电厂中的应用,需要加强对再热方案中锅炉布置的研究。文中介绍了垃圾焚烧电厂余热锅炉再热器炉内布置和炉外布置的形式和特点,分析和比较了两种布置形式的优缺点和机组的经济性,并在此基础上提出合理的布置方案,为再热器炉内和炉外系统的布置提供借鉴。In China,the output of domestic waste is huge,and the amount of waste incineration power generation is also large.In the process of MSW incineration,the reheating scheme can improve the power generation efficiency.However,the reheating scheme has higher requirements for the layout of the reheater of HRSG.In order to better promote the application of reheat scheme in waste incineration power plant,it is necessary to strengthen the research on boiler layout in reheat scheme.Therefore,this paper introduces the layout forms and characteristics of the reheater inside and outside the waste heat boiler of the waste incineration power plant,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two layout forms and the economic efficiency of the unit,and selects the reasonable layout scheme on this basis,which provides reference for the layout of the reheater system inside and outside the furnace.
