摘  要:伴随当前水电站快速发展,人们越来越重视水电站的各设备的运行安全重要性,在水电站混流式水轮机中,转轮是非常重要的部件,其运行的安全性会直接影响水电站的生产情况。在水电站混流式水轮机运行过程中转轮往往会出现一些问题,导致一些隐患出现,比如说泥沙磨损、裂纹以及气蚀等,都会影响水电站的日常生产。本文重点对混流式水轮机转轮裂缝的原因进行分析,并且采取针对性的预防措施进行控制,以供参考。With the rapid development of hydropower stations,people are paying more and more attention to the importance of various safety equipment of hydropower stations.Among the Francis turbines of hydropower stations,runners are very important components,and the safety of their operation directly affects the production of hydropower stations.During the operation of the Francis turbine of the hydropower station,some problems often occur,such as sediment wear,cracks and cavitation.These problems will affect the daily production of the hydropower station and cause some hidden dangers.Focus on the analysis of the causes of cracks in Francis turbine runners,and explain how to take targeted preventive measures to control,for reference.
