论高校广播在“育新人”中的引导作用

摘　　要：习近平总书记就做好新形势下宣传思想工作提出:宣传思想工作必须自觉承担起举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象的使命任务,高校广播在高校大学生听众中有其独特优势。从高校广播的优势出发,从把控时间节点、抢抓舆论热点、紧扣就业热点三方面,探究高校广播在引导大学生扣好人生第一粒扣子,树立正确人生观、价值观、就业观的作用。As general secretary of the CPC addressing a national conference on publicity and ideological work in the new situation::publicity and ideological work should consciously undertake the mission of holding high the banner,of winning people's heart and mind,of fostering a new generation,of developing culture as well as keeping up the image.University broadcasting has its unique advantages in the undergraduate audience.This paper begins with the discussion of the advantages of the university broadcast,then focuses on the aspects of controlling the time node,scratching the hot spots public opinion as well as the the employment,and finally studies the role of establishing a correct outlook on life,values and employment of the university radio in a way of guiding college students to fasten their first button.
