摘 要:固液相变材料(PCM)填充在中空玻璃夹层可以提高玻璃围护的热惰性,改善玻璃的冬季保温或夏季隔热性能。针对应用于夏热地区的添加PCM的中空玻璃,在PCM中添加红外反射材料以避免PCM吸热融化后产生的过热现象。对PCM为十酸并添加不同百分比氧化钛的复合玻璃的光学性能进行测试,测试结果表明,氧化钛添加比例为5%以上时,反射率改变较为明显,但当氧化钛添加比例达到20%、30%时,复合玻璃的透射率较低。Solid-liquid Phase Change Materials(PCM) filled in double glazing sandwich can provide the thermal inertia of glass envelope and improve the thermal insulation performance of glass in winter or summer. For hollow glass with PCM used in hot summer area, adding infrared reflective material in PCM is beneficial to avoid the phenomenon of overheating caused by the melting of PCM. The optical properties of the hollow glass with decanoic acid PCM adding different percentages of titanium oxide were tested. The test results showed that the reflectivity changed significantly when the proportion of titanium oxide was more than 5%, but when the proportion of titanium oxide reached 20% and 30%, the transmission rate of the composite glass was low.
