摘　　要：DRGs作为一种新型医疗保险费用支付方式,不仅大幅度提升了费用支付的流畅性,简化了医疗保险费用支付环节,同时促进了医院内部管理体系的升级,使其能够为患者提供更为优质的结算服务。该文以DRGs医疗保险费用支付作为研究对象,系统探讨,其在实践环节应用的具体方式,总结、梳理应用经验,同时对其在我国医疗体系中的应用发展前景进行探讨,旨在充分发挥DRGs在医疗付费方式改革中的作用。DRGs,as a new payment method of medical insurance cost,not only greatly improves the f luency of payment,simplif ies the payment process of medical insurance cost,but also promotes the upgrading of the internal management system of the hospital,so that it can provide more high-quality settlement services for patients.This paper takes DRGs medical insurance payment as the research object,systematically discusses the specif ic ways of its application in practice,summarizes and combs the application experience,and discusses its application and development prospects in China's medical system,aiming to give full play to the role of DRGs in the reform of medical payment mode.
