摘  要:介绍了一种新型AGV全向车转运物流设备,它可以灵活实现平面内的转运工作。给出了背驼式全向车及其配套托架的安全性设计思路,分别从全向车车架强度、防静电设计、配套托架强度、转运过程系固等方面进行了设计和结构强度有限元分析,AGV全向车及其配套托架的安全性均满足要求;对全向车及配套托架性能试验验证,其各项指标均达到了设计要求,验证了全向车及配套托架的各设计参数及结构均较为合理。A new type of AGV omnidirectional vehicle transfer logistics equipment is introduced in this paper,which can flexibly realize the transshipment work in the plane.The safety design of the camel-type omnidirectional vehicle and its supporting brackets is provided,then the design and structural strength finite element analysis are carried out from the aspects of omnidirectional frame strength,anti-static design,supporting bracket strength,and transfer process fastening,etc.,and the structural strength meets the design requirements.Finally,performance tests of the omnidirectional vehicle and the supporting bracket is carried out,the results show that all the indicators meet the design requirements,and the design parameters and structure of the omnidirectional vehicle and supporting brackets are reasonable.
