摘 要:针对青饲料联合打捆机电液控制系统改进优化的需求,提出基于Can-bus的9YCL-1.0青饲料联合打捆机电液控制系统开发方案。控制系统采用负载敏感液压系统和Can-bus通信车载电控系统,在制作青贮圆草捆各环节加装电液执行设备和运行状态检测传感器,完成捆包成型、缠网、放捆、裹膜和卸包等动作全自动控制。此系统实现了整车运行状态在线监测,以及设备作业信息采集,为此类设备自动化和智能化开发设计提供一定的参考,为将来设备接入农业物联网奠定基础。For the requirement of improving and optimizing the electro-hydraulic control system of silage combined baling machine,the development programme based on Can-bus of 9YCL-1.0 electro-hydraulic control system is put forward in this article.The control system adopts load sensitive hydraulic system and Can-bus vehicle communication control system,and the electro-hydraulic execution equipment and operational state detection sensors are installed in each link of making silage round bales,which can complete automatic control of bale molding,net wrapping,baling,wrapping,and unloading,etc.The system realizes on-line monitoring of the running state of the whole vehicle and information collection of the equipment operation;it provides some reference for the automation and intelligent development design for the similar equipment,and it would lay the foundation for the future access of agricultural Internet of Things.
