摘　　要：针对四川页岩气市场,为满足四川省特殊运输条件需求,设计了ZJ70/4500D山地小模块化石油钻机。本文重点阐述了钻机底座的组成结构及尺寸特点。通过对钻机底座优化前后结构的对比分析,得出了底座优化后的结构优势。实践应用验证了此模块化钻机在国内外市场均拥有很大的市场空间及发展优势。In view of the shale gas market in Sichuan Province,the ZJ70/4500D mountain small modular drilling rig is designed to meet the special transportation requirements of Sichuan Province.This paper focuses on the structure and size characteristics of the drilling rig substructure.Through the comparative analysis of the structure before and after optimization of the drilling rig substructure,the structural advantages after optimization of the substructure are obtained.The practical application proves that the modular drilling rig has great market space and development advantages in domestic and foreign markets.
