摘　　要：由于现阶段固液分离机存在产能不足、芝麻破损率高和分离后物料含水率高等缺陷,本文设计了一种适用于水洗芝麻脱皮生产加工流水线的连续式颗粒物料固液分离机,并对其分离筛的筛孔直径、上筛面直径、下筛面直径和筛体高度进行了理论分析,同时对离心筛的动平衡进行了修正,以期为后期破损机理的研究提供技术指导。Aiming at the shortages of the solid-liquid separator at this stage,such as insufficient production capacity,high breakage rate of sesame seeds and high moisture content of the separated material,a type of continuous solid-liquid separator for granular material is designed in this paper,which is suitable for the production and processing line of washed sesame peeling.The sieve hole diameter,upper sieve surface diameter,lower sieve surface diameter and sieve body height of the separating sieve are analyzed theoretically,and the dynamic balance of the centrifugal sieve is revised in order to provide technical guidance for the study of the later damage mechanism.
