摘 要:针对火电厂发FGD系统循环浆液供应量过大、能耗过高问题,提出液循环泵节能改造方案。具体是将浆液循环泵全部运行方式调整为依据发电机组载荷控制浆液循环泵运行、根据电厂原煤硫份含量确定浆液量以及调整浆液循环泵叶运行控制方式对浆液循环泵进行节能改造,并对改造措施进行详细阐述。现场应用实践表明,循环浆液泵节能改造后电能消耗量降低18~40万元/a,取得显著的经济效益,研究成果可为其他电厂浆液循环泵改造提供一定参考借鉴。Aiming at the problem of excessive supply of circulating slurry and high energy consumption of FGD system in thermal power plants,a solution for energy-saving reformation of liquid circulation pump is proposed in this paper.Specifically,the entire operation mode of the slurry circulation pump is adjusted to control the operation of the slurry circulation pump according to the load of the generator set,the amount of slurry is determined according to the sulfur content of the raw coal in the power plant,and the operation mode of the slurry circulation pump blade is adjusted to carry on the energy saving transformation of the slurry circulating pump,and the modification measures are elaborated in detail.The field application practice shows that the energy consumption of the circulating slurry pump is reduced by 180,000 to 400,000 yuan/a after energy-saving transformation,and significant economic benefits are obtained.The research results can provide some reference for the transformation of slurry circulating pumps in other power plants.
