摘　　要：针对一些产品加工过程中,即有车序,又有螺纹孔,但车铣机床只能钻、攻较小的螺纹,较大的螺纹无法进行加工的问题,通过对SIEMENS 840D系统车铣复合机床铣削功能的研究和系统参数的修订,经过多次的调整和试验分析、改进,总结出了一套SIEMENS 840D系统车铣复合机床铣削螺纹的工艺方法和专用程序,成功解决了车铣复合机床铣削螺纹的难题,提升了加工效率。In this article,through researching the milling function of SIEMENS-840D system turn-milling compound machine tool and revising the system parameters,a set of reasonable process and special program for the SIEMENS-840D system turn-milling compound machine tool is summarized after many adjustments,test analysis and improvement.It would successfully solve the problem of milling the thread and improve the processing efficiency.
