摘 要:针对大型电站汽轮机新型GH901高温合金大长经比细长杆结构件制造时易弯曲、加工困难等难点,提出了一种以车削方式取代磨削方式的技术方案。通过对刀具、切削参数及工艺流程的试验分析,达到了优化,顺利解决了基于目前设备以车代磨时切削发振、让刀、刀具磨损严重、阀杆弯曲变形等难题。实践应用验证了该材质也可直接通过车削满足要求,对GH901材质零件加工具有借鉴意义。Aiming at the difficulties such as easy bending and difficult processing in the manufacture of new type GH901 superalloy structure with large length-diameter ratio,a technical scheme of turning instead of grinding is proposed in this paper.Through the experimental analysis of tools,cutting parameters and technological processes,the equipment is optimized,and problems such as cutting vibration,severe tool wear,and valve stem bending deformation of the current equipment are successfully solved.The practical application verifies that the material can also meet the requirements directly through turning,which has reference significance for GH901 material parts processing.
