摘　　要：通过设计智能分拣装置条形码控制系统,由PLC来对扫描到的条形码进行译码、排列和组合后,应用于PLC程序进行比较实现输出控制信号,达到智能分拣的目的。基于这一控制过程,就整个条形码识别控制系统的结构、通讯参数设置、程序编写和硬件设计的主要步骤做了详细的分析研究。并通过实验验证了其可行性,为物品分拣系统设计提供了新思路。Through design of the barcode control system for the intelligent sorting device,the scanned barcode is decoded,arranged and combined by PLC,and then compared to the PLC program to realize the output control signal so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent sorting.Based on this control process,the structure,communication parameter setting,programming and hardware design of the whole barcode identification control system are analyzed and studied in detail.Its feasibility is then verified by experiments,which could provide a new idea for the design of article sorting system.
