摘 要:卒中是一类直接危害人体大脑组织的疾病。绝大多数卒中患者会面临平衡障碍,影响步行,增加跌倒风险,甚至影响独立生活能力。研究发现患者平衡可以通过训练来提高,其训练方式是现今临床热点。本文总结了国内外提高卒中患者平衡力的康复方法,包括针灸、太极、双任务训练、核心训练、视觉反馈训练、虚拟现实技术训练法、震动疗法、运动想象等,并讨论5G和人工智能技术在卒中患者平衡功能康复中的应用前景。Stroke is a kind of disease that directly damages human brain tissue.The vast majority of stroke patients will face balance disorders,affecting walking,increasing the risk of falling,and even affecting the ability to live independently.It has been found that patients'balance can be improved by training,which is a hot spot in clinical practice nowadays.This paper summarizes the rehabilitation methods to improve the balance of stroke patients at home and abroad,including acupuncture,Tai chi,dual task training,core training,visual feedback training,virtual reality technology training,vibration therapy,motor imagery and so on,and discusses the future development direction combined with 5G and AI technigue.
