新型遥控变径稳定器的研制及应用

摘　　要：目前国内的变径稳定器大多存在工具结构复杂、现场应用工艺繁琐、井下安全可靠性低以及应用效果差或不明显等问题。为此,研制了KB85型遥控变径稳定器。新型遥控变径稳定器采用开关钻井泵进行控制,利用活塞的径向运动改变工具的外径尺寸。该工具在定向井中应用163 h,应用井段总长920 m,工具在井下改变状态后,地面能清晰判断,配套工具的钻具组合在稳斜段实现了每100 m增、降斜约1°的功能,平均机械钻速12.5 m/h,相比邻井明显减少滑动定向钻进,并提高机械钻速。现场应用结果表明,该工具具有较强的可靠性和稳定性,达到了提速提效的目的,具有较高的推广应用价值。At present,most domestic adjustable gauge stabilizers have problems like complex tool structure,cumbersome application process,low downhole safety and reliability,and poor application performances.To address the problems,the KB85 remote control adjustable gauge stabilizer is developed.The novel remote control adjustable gauge stabilizer is controlled by the starting/stopping drilling pump.The outer diameter of the tool is changed by the radial movement of the piston.The tool has been used in directional wells for 163 hours,with a total footage of 920 m.The tool state changes downhole can be clearly identified on the ground.The BHA with the novel tool has achieved an increase or decrease of about 1°per 100 m in the tangent section.The average ROP is 12.5 m/h.The sliding directional drilling is significantly reduced with increased ROP compared to offset wells.Field application results show that the tool has strong reliability and stability,which achieves the purpose of increasing speed and improving efficiency,and has a high value for promotion and application.
