新型一体化洗井车的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对现有洗井车自清洗污水外排量大,无法长期有效工作,人工干预点多等问题,开发设计了JJY5251TJC型洗井车。介绍了该洗井车中旋流除油器、旋流除砂器、反向聚结过滤器、偏置式过滤器、污水浓缩装置以及全自动控制系统等主要部件的结构及工作原理,并在长庆采油一厂进行了现场应用。现场应用结果表明:该洗井车运行稳定,出水水质满足要求,将手动操控改变为全自动控制,使安全环保性能得到极大提升,操作强度大大降低;通过对反洗污水进行现场轻量化处理解决了自清洗外排问题,洗井作业和自清洗可同步进行。该一体化洗井车的研制成功对新型洗井设备的设计及应用具有较好的技术引领作用。In view of the problems of existing self-cleaning well washing truck like large amount of sewage,the inability to work effectively for a long time,and the many manual intervention points,the JJY5251 TJC well washing truck is developed.The structure and working principle of the main components are introduced,such as the cyclone de-oil device,cyclone de-sand device,reverse coalescing filter,offset filter,sewage thickening device and automatic control system.Field applications were carried out in Changqing No.1 Oil Production Plant.The application results show that the well washing truck runs stably and the discharged water quality meets the requirements.The manual control is changed to fully automatic control,which greatly improves the safety and environmental protection performance,and greatly reduces the operation intensity.The sewage discharge problem is solved by the on-site lightweight treatment of the sewage.Well washing and self-cleaning can be carried out simultaneously.The research results have a technological leading role in the design and application of new well washing equipment.
