摘  要:油井开采后期,含水率越来越高,对井下油水分离器提出了更高的要求。现阶段的离心式油水分离器分离效率并不理想,为进一步提高分离效率,提出了一种新型导叶式油水分离器。该分离器利用放置在流道内的叶轮部件,在分离器内形成旋转流场,在离心力的作用下,轻质油聚集在管道中心形成油芯,重质流体靠近壁面,通过引出口将油芯排出,从而达到离心分离的目的。采用可视化的试验方法,借助高速摄像机,以水和白油为工作介质,研究了叶片入口角度为40°、45°和55°时,不同流速和水相出口压力对分离段内油水运动轨迹和分离效率的影响。试验结果表明:叶片出口角度55°时的分离效果优于40°和45°;在含油率一定的情况下,流速低于1.17m/s时分离器有较高的分离效率,当流速超过1.17 m/s时,水相出口含油率显著增加;在高流速下,提高分离器水相出口压力能够明显提高分离效率。研究结果可为油水分离器的进一步优化设计提供参考。In the late stage of oil well production,the water cut is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for downhole oil-water separators.A new type of vane type oil-water separator is introduced.It uses impeller parts placed in the flow channel to form a rotating flow field in the separator.Under the action of centrifugal force,the light oil gathers in the center of the pipeline to form an oil core.The heavy fluid is close to the wall.The oil core is discharged through the outlet to achieve the purpose of centrifugal separation.Through a visual test method,with the help of a high-speed camera,taking water and white oil as the working medium,the effect of the vane outlet angles at 40°,45°and 55°,different flow rates and different water phase outlet pressures on the oil-water movement trajectory and the separation efficiency was investigated.The test results show that the separation effect is better when the vane outlet angle is 55°.When the oil content is constant,the separator has a higher separation efficiency when the flow rate is lower than 1.17 m/s.When the flow rate exceeds 1.17 m/s,the oil content of the water phase outlet increases significantly.At high flow rates,increasing the water phase outlet pressure of the separator can significantly improve the separation efficiency.The research results can provide references for the design of oil-water separator.
