摘  要:基于二象对偶理论与系统演化视角,在完全空间下将制造业绿色创新系统视为一个由状态子系统和过程子系统组成的二象系统。在分别运用基于微粒群算法的评价模型和Super-SBM模型测算中国制造业绿色创新二象子系统发展水平的基础上,构建协调发展度评价模型分析2009-2015年间中国制造业27个细分行业绿色创新系统的协调发展程度。结果表明:(1)考察期内,中国制造业绿色创新二象子系统发展水平偏低,具有较大提升空间。(2)中国制造业绿色创新系统整体处于“低度协调发展”;考虑行业异质性,相对清洁型制造业绿色创新系统协调发展度明显优于污染密集型制造业。(3)从绿色创新系统协调发展度的时序演变特征来看,制造业整体和相对清洁型制造业步调一致,呈现出明显的倒“N”型,而污染密集型制造业总体趋于平稳;具体到细分行业,纺织业等5个行业呈现出显著上升趋势,而皮革毛皮羽毛及其制品业等5个行业表现为显著下降趋势。Based on two-image dual theory,from the perspective of system evolution,the manufacturing green innovation system is divided into a state subsystem characterized by green innovation capability and a process subsystem using green innovation efficiency as a measure“tool”in complete space;On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of the two-image subsystems of China s manufacturing green innovation system based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the Super-SBM model,a coordinated development evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the coordinated development degree of China s 27 manufacturing green innovation systems during 2009-2015.The study shows that:(1)During the inspection period,the development levels of the two-image subsystems of China s manufacturing green innovation system are low and there are rooms for improvement.(2)The green innovation system of China s manufacturing is generally in a“low-coordinated development”type;considering the industrial heterogeneity,the green innovation system s coordinated development of the relatively clean manufacturing is significantly better than the pollution-intensive manufacturing.(3)From the time-course evolution characteristics of the coordinated development degree,the manufacturing industry as a whole and the relatively clean manufacturing are in the same pace,showing an obvious inverted“N”type;while the pollution-intensive manufacturing tends to be stable;Specific to different industries,the TEI and other four industries shows a significant upward trend;while the five industries such as LFF and other four industries show a significant downward trend.
