摘　　要：人事档案是各项管理工作的基础。规范化的人事档案管理工作是高校人才培养的保证。档案管理工作充分体现了高校追求工作效率以及建设人才队伍的目标。本文对国家人事制度的改革与现代高校信息化建设创新进行研究,并且针对人事档案在管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,最终为优化高校人事档案管理,提升档案管理水平提出了相应的措施和建议。以期为档案的规范化管理和高校人事档案的优化建设提供一定的理论依据和参考价值。The personnel files are the foundation of all management work.The standardized personnel file management is the guarantee for talent training in colleges and universities.Among them,the file management work fully embodies the university's pursuit of work efficiency and the goal of building a talent team.This paper studies the reform of the national personnel system and the innovation of modern university information construction,and analyzes the problems in the management process of personnel files.Finally,it proposes corresponding measures and suggestions for optimizing the management of university personnel files and improving the level of file management.In order to provide a certain theoretical basis and reference value for the standardized management of archives and the optimal construction of college personnel archives.
