摘　　要：该项目位于云南省迪庆州德钦县雾浓顶村,用地属于这个村子的第23户人家,由季候鸟雪山旅馆改造扩建而来。"季候鸟"本身也是一个改造项目,其前身是一幢48柱木框架结构的夯土藏房。虽然当时由于荷载、防水、隔音以及消防验收等问题,"季候鸟"使用混凝土框架结构替代了原始的木结构,但是其依然保留了夯土墙和平面中心的天井。旅馆建成之后,它成为通往西藏的214国道上的重要驿站,也是眺望和观赏梅里十三峰全景的最佳地点。Sunyata hotel is located at Wunongding Village,Deqin County,Diqing Prefecture,Yunnan Province.The land belongs to the 23rd family of the village.It’s renovated from Migratory Bird Inn.Migratory Bird Inn itself was renovated from a rammed earth Tibetan house,which had a orthogonal timber frame of 48 columns.Considering the potential problems of load,waterproof,sound insulation and fire protection acceptance,the original timber structure was removed and replaced by a concrete frame structure.However,the façade made from rammed earth and the courtyard at the center of the square plan layout had been inherited.After its completion,Migratory Bird Inn had become an important posthouse along China National Highway 214,and was celebrated as the location with the best vista towards the 13 Princely Peaks of Meili Snow Mountains.
