摘　　要：本篇文章主要针对矿用电铲提升滚筒轴座在实际使用过程中所存在的问题以及产生的具体原因进行了探究,主要针对贯通裂纹的分布状况进行了着重分析。同时针对在实际检修过程中所采用的不同焊修工艺以及焊后处理等多方面进行了综合研究。希望通过本篇文章的简要论述,从而促进能源开采行业的进一步发展。This paper mainly aims at the problems existing in the actual use of the shaft seat of the lifting drum of the mining shovel and the specific causes of the problems,mainly focusing on the distribution of through cracks.At the same time,a comprehensive study is made on the different welding repair processes and post welding treatment used in the actual maintenance process.Hope to promote the further development of energy mining industry through the brief discussion of this article.
