摘 要:本文利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,通过Ti-62231S钛合金材料在945℃~975℃温度范围内,应变速率为0.01~1s-1,变形量为70%进行了等温恒应变速率压缩实验。分析了Ti-62231S在该变形条件下的真应力-应变曲线,得出了变形温度和应变速率对流变应力的影响规律,建立了适合于Ti-62231S钛合金材料的热变形本构方程。误差分析表明所建立的本构方程与实验值吻合较好,为制定该合金的锻造、轧制等热变形工艺提供了理论基础。Isothermal compression of the Ti-62231S titanium alloy was conducted on a Gleebe-3800 hot-simulator at the deformation temperature ranging from 945 to 975°C and the strain rate ranging from 0.01 to 1s-1.By analyzing the true stressstrain curve of Ti-62231S under the deformation condition,the influence law of deformation temperature and strain rate on the flow stress was obtained,and the constitutive equation of thermal deformation suitable for Ti-62231S titanium alloy was established.The error analysis shows that the constitutive equation is in good agreement with the experimental values,which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of thermal deformation processes such as forging and rolling of the alloy.
