摘 要:铂网催化剂对氨氧化反应起着重要的催化作用,但由于其费用昂贵,避免其质量损失且保持其固有活性成为了氨氧化铂网催化剂的研究重点。本文通过对铂网催化剂的成型工艺比较研究、操作环境中质量损失机理和操作过程中影响活性变化的物理化学因素的研究和归纳,结合铂网在工业中的实际应用及形貌、活性变化,提出了降低制造成本、保持催化活性的研究方法。Platinum gauze catalyst plays an important catalytic role in ammonia oxidation,but the cost limits its application.Avoiding the quality loss and maintaining its inherent activity has become the research highlight of platinum gauze catalyst.In this research,forming process of platinum gauze catalys,summary of the quality loss mechanism in the operating environment and the physical and chemical factors that affect the activity change during the operation process were considered.Research methods to reduce manufacturing costs and maintain catalytic activity combined with the practical application of platinum gauze in the industry and the changes in morphology and activity were proposed.
