止泪汤治疗功能性泪溢临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止泪汤治疗功能性泪溢的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组用止泪汤口服,对照组用生理盐水冲洗泪道。结果:治疗组治愈13例,好转14例,无效3例,总有效率90%。对照组治愈6例,好转12例,无效12例,总有效率60%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止泪方治疗功能性泪溢有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Decoction for Stopping Lacrimal in treatment of functional epiphora.Method:60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly.30 cases in study group were treated with Decoction for Stopping Lacrimal orally while 30 cases in control group were treated with normal saline to flush the lacrimal duct.Result:In the study group,13 cases of the patients were cured,14 cases improved,3 cases invalid and the total effective rate was 90%while in the control group,6 cases of the patients were cured,12 cases improved,12 cases invalid and the total effective rate was 90%.The difference in total effective rates between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Stopping Lacrimal is effective in the treatment of functional epiphora.
