益气活血汤结合针刺治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血汤结合针刺治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的疗效。方法:70例随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。两组均在术后常规处理的基础上用针刺治疗,观察组加用益气活血汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),症候积分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组BI评分、ASIA评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组肌力分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤结合针刺治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤可提高神经恢复速度,改善肌力,提高患者生活能力及运动能力。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on thoracolumbar fractures and spinal cord injury.Method:70 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture on the basis of routine postoperative treatment,and the observation group were treated with Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom score of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The BI score and ASIA score of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The grading of muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Decoction combined with acupuncture could improve nerve recovery speed,improve muscle strength,improve patients’living ability and exercise ability,and enhance curative effect in treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture combined with spinal cord injury.
