温针灸联合中药外敷及微波照射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸联合中药外敷及微波照射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:60例按随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组各30例,两组均用微波照射及中药外敷治疗,实验组加用温针灸治疗。结果:实验组和对照组总有效分别为96.67%、73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组活动障碍、肿胀、局部压痛和关节疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组疼痛、晨僵、日常活动及WOMAC总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组双支撑相、步频、步速和步长均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎改善症状更好,肢体功能恢复更显著。Objective:To observe the effect of warming acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese herbs and microwave irradiation on knee joint osteoarthritis.Method:According to random number table method,60 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with microwave irradiation and Chinese medicine external application,and the experimental group were treated with warming acupuncture.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 96.67%and 73.33%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dysfunction,swelling,local tenderness and joint pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain,morning stiffness,daily activities and total score of WOMAC in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the double support phase,the stride frequency,pace,and step length were significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with external application of Chinese herbs can be a more effective method of improvement in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.The limb function recovery is more significant.
