体外冲击波联合针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察体外冲击波(ESWT)联合针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:96例分为针灸组和ESWT加针灸组各48例,ESWT加针灸组予体外冲击波联合针灸治疗,针灸组仅予针灸治疗。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分、MEPS评分均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),ESWT加针灸组改善更显著,与同期针灸组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后半年回访针灸组评分轻度回弹,ESWT加针灸组呈好转趋势。治疗后3周治愈率ESWT加针灸组高于针灸组(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波联合针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎能有效缓解疼痛,改善肘关节功能活动,疗效优于单用针灸治疗,且有较好远期效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave(ESWT)combined with acupuncture on lateral epicondylitis of humerus.Method:96 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group and ESWT combined with acupuncture group,48 cases in each group.ESWT combined with acupuncture group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with acupuncture while acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture only.Result:After treatment,the VAS score and MEPS score of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The ESWT combined with acupuncture group improved more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Six months after the treatment,the acupuncture group relapsed slightly while the ESWT combined with acupuncture group showed an improvement trend.Three weeks after treatment,the curative effective rate of ESWT combined with acupuncture group was higher than that of acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with acupuncture could effectively relieve pain and improve elbow joint functional activity.The curative effect is superior to single acupuncture,with better long-term effect.
