中药泡浴联合足底穴位按摩治疗糖尿病足临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药泡浴联合足底穴位按摩治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法:120例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,两组均给予常规护理,观察组给予中药泡浴联合足底穴位按摩治疗。结果:总有效率观察组88.33%、对照组80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血液流变学指标均有所改良,且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药泡浴联合足底穴位按摩治疗糖尿病足可改善血液流变学指标及患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal bath combined with foot massage on diabetic foot.Method:120 cases were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine care and the observation group were given Chinese herbal bath and foot massage.Result:The total effective rate was 88.33%in the observation group while that was 80.00%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemorheology indexes of both groups were improved,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various indicators of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal bath combined with foot massage could improve hemorheology indexes and patients’quality of life in treatment of diabetic foot.
