摘　　要：目的:观察综合方法治疗产后耻骨联合分离症的疗效。方法:120例分为两组各60例。两组均用手法复位,观察组加用中药封包及磁疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组产妇KPS评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。满意度评分观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合方法治疗产后耻骨联合分离症有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the curative effect of comprehensive method on postpartum symphysis of pubis.Method:120 cases were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were manually reset,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and magnetic therapy in addition.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The maternal KPS scores in both groups increased,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment has a good effect on postpartum pubic symphysis.
