祛湿散寒健腰汤结合针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症风寒湿滞型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛湿散寒健腰汤结合针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症风寒湿滞型的临床疗效。方法:97例随机分为对照组48例与研究组49例。两组均给予针刀治疗,研究组加用祛湿散寒健腰汤治疗。结果:两组治疗后中医证候主症与次症积分及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后中医证候主症与次症积分及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后JOA评分高于治疗前(P<0.05)、ODI评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛湿散寒健腰汤结合针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症风寒湿滞型可提高疗效,且安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qushi Sanhan Jianyao Decoction combined with needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of wind-cold dampness stagnation type.Method:97 patients were randomly divided into 48 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the study group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture,and the research group were treated with Qushi Sanhan Jianyao Decoction.Result:After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM and serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The secondary disease scores and serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αof the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score of both groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The ODI score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The JOA score of the study group after treatment was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the ODI score was lower than the control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qushi Sanhan Jianyao Decoction combined with needle knife in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of wind-cold dampness stagnation type can improve the curative effect,with good safety.
