摘　　要：目前,X市的智能交通系统已经构建了基于阿里飞天技术的交通云平台计算环境,建设了行业大数据资源中心。论文利用出租车、公交车、两客一危车、网约车等浮动车的实时定位数据,交通调查点的流量和过车数据,以及基础道路和基础设施等数据,引入交通指数,科学合理且直观易懂地描述给定时间内城市综合交通状况的优良度,并动态跟踪城市道路交通运行规律,进一步为治理交通拥堵、科学安排路网建设、小客车摇号政策评估等提供数据依据。At present,the intelligent transportation system of X City has built the transportation cloud platform computing environment based on Ali Flying Technology,and built the industry big data resource center.This paper uses real-time positioning data of floating cars such as taxis,buses,two passengers and one dangerous car,online car-hailing,traffic flow and vehicle-passing data of traffic investigation points,as well as data of basic roads and infrastructure,to introduce traffic index,describe scientifically,reasonably and intuitively the excellent degree of the city's comprehensive traffic condition in a given time,and dynamically track the law of the city's road traffic movement,further for the control of traffic congestion,scientific arrangements for the construction of road network,the policy evaluation of the car lottery to provide data.
