摘　　要：在“立德树人”根本任务的要求下,辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育工作的一线教师,在职业角色践行阶段,会面临各种凸显的教育角色冲突。为更好发挥辅导员在大学生成才和成长过程中的引领作用,提出缓解角色冲突的有效方式,认为需要提升辅导员的引领学生成长的能力、增强辅导员角色群的融通性,并促进辅导员从职业定位到专业成长的跨越。Under the requirement of the fundamental task of"strengthening morality",counselors,as front-line teachers of ideological and political education for college students,will face various prominent educational role conflicts in the stage of practicing their professional roles.In order to give full play to the leading role of counselors in the process of college students′education and growth,this paper puts forward effective ways to alleviate role conflicts,and believes that it is necessary to enhance counselors′ability to lead students′growth,enhance the compatibility of counselors′role groups,and promote counselors′leap from career orientation to professional growth.
