豚草粗提物对3种杨树病害病原菌的抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究豚草粗提物对杨树烂皮病、溃疡病和叶枯病病害病原菌的抑菌作用,为植物源农药在林业病害防治中的应用提供理论基础。【方法】采用温浸-超声波联合提取法提出豚草中的抑菌活性物质,并用其抑制杨树烂皮病、溃疡病和叶枯病病害病原菌。【结果】豚草粗提物对3种病害病原菌的抑菌作用依次为烂皮病>溃疡病>叶枯病,当浓度为16 mg·mL^-1时,抑菌率分别为82.34%、73.62%、57.61%。【结论】豚草粗提物对杨树烂皮病和溃疡病有明显的抑菌作用,对叶枯病抑菌效果不显著,并且抑菌作用随粗提物浓度的增加而增大。[Objective]Study on the bacteriostatic effect of crude extract of Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.to three pathogens of Cytospora chrysosperma,Botryosphaeria dothidea and Alternaria alternata(Fr.)keissl.This provided theoretical basis for the application of botanical pesticides in the prevention and control of forest diseases.[Methods]The bacteriostatic active substance of A.artemisiifolia L.was extracted by the method of warm soak and ultrasonic wave,and it was used to inhibit the pathogen of C.chrysosperma,B.dothidea and A.alternata(Fr.)keissl.[Results]The bacteriostatic effect of crude extract of A.artemisiifolia L.to three pathogens were as follows:C.chrysosperma>B.dothidea>A.alternata(Fr.)keissl.When the concentration reached 16 mg·mL^-1,the bacteriostatic rates were 82.34%,73.62%and 57.61%respectively.[Conclusion]The crude extract of A.artemisiifolia L.has obvious bacteriostatic effect on C.chrysosperma and B.dothidea,but not obvious on A.alternata(Fr.)keissl,and the bacteriostatic effect increases with the increase of the concentration of crude extract.
