孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗儿童特应性皮炎的临床效果及对IL-6、IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定对儿童特应性皮炎的临床治疗效果以及对IL-6、IL-10分泌水平的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2018年6月在我院就诊的126名特应性皮炎患儿为观察对象,按照随机数表法将其分为实验组(63例)和对照组(63例)。实验组患儿采用孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组采用氯雷他定治疗,对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果、SCORAD评分、嗜酸性粒细胞计数以及IL-6、IL-10因子的分泌水平。结果实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组SCORAD评分、血液中嗜酸性粒细胞和IL-6、IL-10水平较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过孟鲁司特钠和氯雷他定两种药物不同抑制炎症的机制,可提高治疗效果、降低IL-6、IL-10分泌水平,且未发现患儿出现明显的不良反应,值得在临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of montelukast combined with loratadine on children with atopic dermatitis and the effects on IL-6 and IL-10 secretion levels. Methods A total of 126 children with atopic dermatitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the experimental group(63 cases) and the control group(63 cases) according to the random number table method. The experimental group was treated with montelukast combined with loratadine, and the control group was treated with loratadine. The therapeutic effects, SCORAD score, eosinophil count, and the secretion level of IL-6, IL-10 were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The SCORAD score and the levels of eosinophils, IL-6 and IL-10 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The different inhibitory mechanisms of inflammation by montelukast sodium and loratadine can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the secretion of IL-6 and IL-10, and have not been found obvious adverse reactions in children. It is worthy of clinical application.
