裸花紫珠颗粒对HIV/AIDS伴肛管-肛周尖锐湿疣微波术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察HIV/AIDS伴肛管-肛周尖锐湿疣患者在微波治疗后口服裸花紫珠颗粒对创面出血、疼痛、愈合、感染及疣体复发的影响。方法皮肤科门诊HIV/AIDS合并肛管-肛周尖锐湿疣患者138例,随机分为对照组(68例)和治疗组(70例),两组患者在进行微波治疗后均口服抗生素及外用复方多粘菌素B软膏;治疗组同时口服裸花紫珠颗粒;嘱两组患者均于治疗后1周、2周、3周、4周、3个月各复诊一次,观察并记录两组患者治疗后创面出血、疼痛、愈合、感染及疣体复发等情况。结果治疗组在止血、止痛、创面愈合所需时间比对照组缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组创面感染率1.43%(χ2=5.50,P <0.05)及3个月后复发率20%(χ2=16.19,P <0.05),均低于对照组。治疗过程中未见不良反应。结论 HIV/AIDS伴肛管-肛周尖锐湿疣患者微波术后口服裸花紫珠颗粒可减少创面出血、减轻局部疼痛、加快创面愈合及降低感染率和复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of Luohuazizhu granules on the wound bleeding, pain, healing, infection and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum in HIV/AIDS patients after microwave surgery. Methods A total of 138 patients with HIV/AIDS and anal canal-perianal condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into the control group(68 cases) and the treatment group(70 cases). Both groups received oral antibiotics and external Compound polymyxin B ointment after microwave surgery. In the treatment group, Luohuazizhu granules were taken orally. The two groups of patients were followed-up at the first week, the second week, the third week, the fourth week, and the third month after the end of treatment.And the wound bleeding, pain, healing, infection and fluid recurrence were observed and recorded. Results The treatment group required less time to stop bleeding, relieve pain, and heal wounds than the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The wound infection rate of the treatment group was 1.43%(χ2=5.50,P<0.05) and the recurrence rate was 20% after three months(χ2=16.19,P<0.05), which were lower than the control group. There was no adverse reaction during the treatment. Conclusion Luohuazizhu(Callicarpanudiflora Hook. ex Arn)granules can reduce wound bleeding, reduce local pain, accelerate wound healing, reduce infection rate and recurrence rate in HIV/AIDS patients after microwave surgery. It is worthy of clinical application.
