摘　　要：家族性良性慢性天疱疮,又称Hailey-Hailey病(Hailey-Hailey disease,HHD),是一种常染色体显性遗传性疾病,本病病程较长,痊愈者少见,且治疗相对困难,因此国内外学者对该病进行了一系列的治疗探索。本研究从局部治疗、系统治疗、物理及手术治疗等方面作一简要概述。Familial benign chronic pemphigus, also known as Hailey-Hailey disease(HHD), is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease. Considering its chronic nature and difficulty for its treatment, many scholars have carried out a series of management explorations for this disease. This article summarizes the treatment options, include the local therapy, system therapy, physical therapy and surgical therapy briefly.
