摘　　要：介绍了铅冶炼厂技术升级改造采用“富氧底吹炉熔池熔炼—液态高铅渣侧吹炉直接还原—烟化炉还原回收锌”的工艺特点及节约能源、环保治理、锌冶炼浸出铅银渣综合利用等情况。生产运行表明,工艺技术及资源综合利用水平得到提升,节能效果明显,环保符合国家标准,达到了预期效果,并产生了良好的经济效益。This paper introduces the technological characteristics of lead smelter's technological upgrading and upgrading using"melting pool of oxygen-rich bottom blowing furnace-direct reduction of liquid high lead slag side blowing furnace-reduction and recovery of zinc by nitrification furnace",as well as the situation of energy saving,environmental protection treatment,comprehensive utilization of zinc smelting leaching lead silver slag.The production operation shows that the comprehensive utilization level of process technology and resources has been improved,the energy saving effect is obvious,the environmental protection conforms to the national standard,achieves the expected effect,and produces good economic benefits.
