摘  要:内蒙古某银金矿石,现场采用固体黄药进行浮选,银、金回收率分别为银77%、金46%左右,且银矿品位较低。为了解决回收率及品位问题,尝试对该矿进行系统浮选试验研究。试验研究结果表明:在适宜的浮选制度条件下,使用HB-A6作为捕收剂可代替现场捕收剂,实现提高回收率及品位的要求。经过最终闭路试验得到产率为3.25%,品位为银13975.1g/t、金17.03g/t,回收率分别为银87.01%、金67.15%的精矿。并且在工业试验中也得到了较好的结果。A silver gold ore in Inner Mongolia was floated by solid xanthate.The recovery rates of silver and gold were 77%and 46%respectively,and the grade of silver ore was low.In order to solve the problems of recovery rate and grade,a systematic flotation experiment was carried out.The results show that hb-a6 can be used as collector instead of on-site collector under suitable flotation conditions to meet the requirements of improving recovery and grade.The final closedcircuit test results show that the yield is 3.25%,the grade of silver is 13975.1g/t,gold is 17.03g/t,and the recovery is 87.01%and 67.15%respectively.In addition,good results have been obtained in the industrial test.
