摘　　要：电阻焊钛/钢复合单元具有制造过程本身无噪音,无粉尘,无药害;使用电阻焊钛/钢复合单元的烟囱防腐施工过程无需刨削剥离,实现了钢与钢的焊接不会伤害钛板表面,钛与钛的焊接不会因混入钢而降低耐腐蚀性。在世界范围内创造了约120000m2的烟气脱硫(FGD)设备防腐施工业绩,并实现了35年以来运转无故障。本文通过制造过程,单元构造,机械性能,与烟囱内壁复合施工方法,展示电阻焊钛/钢复合单元在烟囱防腐施工过程的优势。During the fabrication process of Titanium/Steel Resista-Clad Unit,it has no noise,no dust and do not use chemicals.Before anticorrosion construction process of the chimney it does not need peeling titanium layer on Titanium/Steel Resista-Clad Unit.The batten strip of Titanium/Steel Resista-Clad Unit can be welded simply to inner wall of steel chimney,and nothing damage the surface of titanium plate on Titanium/Steel Resista-Clad Unit.And the titanium plate of Titanium/Steel Resista-Clad Unit can be welded simply to another,and nothing reduce the corrosion resistance of titanium plate because nothing mixed with steel.The application of Titanium/Steel Resista-Clad Unit to anticorrosion construction process of the chimney in the world has about 120000m2,with the past 35 years never failed.In this paper,the advantages in the anticorrosion construction process of chimney of Titanium/Steel Resista-Clad Unit are shown by means of manufacturing process,unit structure,mechanical properties and construction method welding it to chimney inner wall.
