摘 要:某插拔装置在进行调试时,出现了径向油缸正腔压力异常升高导致的问题。该文对故障原因进行分析,对可能出现的故障点进行排查,最终定位了故障点为某型号外购电液换向阀,故障原因为阀芯的非对称结构导致回油阻力过大。对于故障点,利用AMESim进行故障注入仿真,验证了故障分析的准确性并提出了解决措施,并经试验验证,故障定位准确,问题得以解决。During the commissioning of a plug-out device,the abnormal increase of pressure in the positive chamber of the radial cylinder occurred.In this paper,the causes of the failure are analyzed,and the possible fault points are checked.Finally,the fault point is located as a certain type of electro-hydraulic reversing valve.The reason for the failure is that the asymmetric structure of the valve core leads to excessive oil return resistance.For the fault point,AMESim is used to simulate the fault injection,which verifies the accuracy of fault analysis and proposes solutions.The test results show that the fault location is accurate and the solutions are effective.
