浙江省都市圈城际铁路建设探讨

摘　　要：从融入国家发展规划、促进区域经济发展、提升综合交通质量、完善交通建设规划4方面阐述浙江省建设都市圈城际铁路的必要性。浙江省位于国家发展战略规划叠加区域,需要构筑基础设施互联互通网络。发展都市圈城际铁路能提升核心城市辐射带动能力,实现都市圈一体化发展,引导区域产业升级和合理布局;也能提升综合交通质量,推动绿色公共交通建设。都市圈城际铁路建设须规划先行,汲取以往经验,满足城市空间拓展的需求。This paper expounded the necessity of constructing intercity railway in metropolitan area of ZhejiangProvince from four aspects:integrating into national development planning,promoting regional economic development,improving comprehensive traffic quality and improving traffic construction planning.Zhejiang Province is located in thesuperimposed area of national development strategic planning,and needs to build infrastructure interconnection network.The development of intercity railway in metropolitan area can enhance the radiation driving capacity of core cities,realizethe integrated development of metropolitan area,guide the upgrading and reasonable layout of regional industries,andimprove the comprehensive traffic quality and promote the construction of green public transport.The construction ofintercity railway in metropolitan area should be planned first,and the past experience should be learned to meet thedem and of urban space expansion.
