摘  要:当前市场实际应用中,作为溶剂型有机银主要溶剂的丁酮毒性较大,在产品的生产和使用过程中容易挥发造成环境污染,危害操作人员的健康。且丁酮为易制毒化学品,采购和存储的相对要求较高;并且,从国内情况看,丁酮的价格也比较高。本文研究重点进行了丁酮溶剂的替代性研究,对比了乙酰乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇、正辛烷、正辛醇和正戊醇等溶剂。通过双注过程、水洗结果、银盐SEM照片、涂布打印性能等对比,戊醇的综合效果较好,操作安全性方面有了很大的提高,戊醇合成的银盐性能结果也要略优于丁酮的银盐。During the preparation of direct thermal imaging recording materials,Butanone is poisonous as the main solvent of solvent-based organic silver.It is easy to volatilize and cause environmental pollution during the production and use of the product,at the same time endanger the health of operators.From the domestic situation,the price of butanone is also relatively high,and the procurement and storage requirements of butaone is relatively high.In this paper,we studied the alternative Research on Butanone Solvent,compared solvents such as ethyl acetoacetate,butyl acetate,n-butanol,n-octane,n-octanol and n-pentanol.Through double injection process,washing results,silver salt SEM photos,coating printing performance,etc,wo found the overall effect of pentanol is better than butanone,operational safety has been greatly improved,and the performance results of silver salt synthesized by pentanol also slightly better than the silver salt of butanone.
